Products and prices
We aim to describe products accurately using information available to us. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. LOCAL SEO WISER LTD is currently not VAT registered, so VAT is not added separately at checkout.
Orders
An order is accepted only when it is confirmed through the order process. We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised or the delivery information is incomplete.
Payment
Payment is handled through Mollie when checkout is enabled. PlayVault Kids does not collect raw card details directly. The order total is calculated from the store catalogue and verified on the server.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to the United Kingdom. Charges and estimates are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Returns
Eligible cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty goods are explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Using products safely
