Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99. Delivery is free when the product subtotal is over £50.00.
When will my order arrive?
Our dispatch target is 1–2 working days. Delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
Can I return an item?
Eligible online purchases may be returned in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact support@playvaultkids.store before sending anything back.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. Faulty or damaged items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
